1/x Few non-lawyers understand the felony murder rule, which allows all participants in a crime to be charged w murder if anyone participating in the crime causes anyone's death -- even indirectly. If 4 of you rob a bank, and the cops shoot a bystander, the rest can sometimes be charged w murder.

Women have created a lot of "tests" to defend themselves from bad men. That's where the joke "would you love me if I was a worm?" came from. Now they have the "conservative test" for screening out men and is VERY effective.

I'm currently in rural America. Volunteer with the local party and help candidates. I've seen candidates run on platforms laser focused on local issues. Schools to roads to farms to broadband. They lose to a guy whose only platform is how he wants to shoot immigrants from helicopters.
Now, this is a good reason to stockpile toilet paper.

That wasp is supposed to be in Hawaii, so why doesn’t it attack CBB here? Turns out neither are actually C. hyalinipennis!

perhaps it's because I know my sisters took the day off work to go to the lake, but I find this image--of children playing in the water of the Strait of Hormuz with distant violence on the horizon-- so fucking haunting. Excellent work, Razieh Poudat.
The discussion is very interesting because I have Kallmann Syndrome and I'm a trans woman. So I never produced gametes but my phenotype can be "read" like a man or like a woman.

If you want an indication of how bad faith this whole thing is, check out the reviewer asking them to remove the proposed keywords “clarity” (incessantly used in political response to the UK’s transphobic Supreme Court FWS ruling) and “parental care” (obvious flashing transphobia red alert)
