Discovered a bug in #ArcanaHeart where the first frame of every animation is skipped when performed from neutral. During a cancel, the animation plays normally. This means that Clarice's famous 1F low is actually a 0F low in neutral #AH3X I tested it in AH2.1 as well, so this isn't a new bug.
I did not expect a casual KF to get any attention... There's something I want to clarify: What I mean is "Please have confidence in yourself, and in older games". You can understand them. You don't need any special knowledge or experience beyond curiosity. They want to be played and enjoyed.
