Oxley formerly worked for the Blazers and currently serves as Board President at Sport Oregon, a nonprofit that has been lobbying for public funding of the Moda Center renovation.

this is my councillor, who recently sponsored an "education campaign" for kids who wear headphones or use their phone while walking or riding their bikes. anyways, here's her driving while on a video conference on her phone. remember, drivers kill pedestrians, not the other way around
