Just a reminder that: - this isn't for workplaces and if your work is trying to implement it scare them over discrimination claims - the onus is on the service provider, not the service user to comply - the code *itself* says enforcement of toilet facilities is unworkable and low priority

The fact the guidance literally says that following the guidance may open services/businesses up to legal challenges due to discrimination of protected identifies shows that the government is fully aware that it's not fit for purpose *and* specifically discriminatory
Guidance is guidance, it is not legally binding requirements and it is up to individuals and businesses and services to decide how they interpret it and they can use that as a reason to vocally and visibly fight back against transphobia.

I had major surgery this year and was hospitalised for over a month. I was treated by different doctors and nurses across many departments, from a range of diverse backgrounds, and they all treated me amazingly well. Except *one* person who was a massive cunt - he was a white european, just like me

Here's the first draft I backed out on. I was pretty much preparing to leave the platform regardless of what their response was, because even the mere threat of something like this is frankly offensive enough to me to not want to use their platform. But it doesn't leave much room for them to change
Thanks Google Maps for automatically highlighting a station I rarely use in an area I don't go to much, marking it as so prominent on my Google Maps as to be a default pin visible alongside the two largest museums in London, which I also don't visit. Great feature 10/10
Train tracks should all be perfectly straight, no turns. Faster and more efficient, but most importantly - when I sit on the shady side at the start of a journey, I don't end up on the sunny side halfway through. This is more important than any logistical, financial or ecological concerns raised
