It's genuinely depressing looking up any information on writing and being inundated with ai websites selling their bullshit and pushing down the many writing blogs that use to help me at the beginning of my writing journey. Especially since the sites are being marketed as tools for students.
I have the same questions about the Clive Barker Kickstarter as I did the Sanderson one(s): what are booksellers supposed to say when somebody comes in asking for "the new Clive Barker book"? That we don't have them? That we can't get them? Are they a limited print-run or will they go to pb? Etc.
Very happy Barker’s got new stuff coming out in 2027 but also kind of a bummer that the only way to get hard copies is by spending 120 bucks on Kickstarter! Wish there was a more traditional publisher.
