I really enjoyed TO - but this is a good shout: Fiennes was a superb Odysseus in The Return and the script/dialogue of that was far better, so that really was in the back of my mind when watching Nolan's Ithaca scenes.

Cue the usual cliches - "if you can't take the heat, stay out of the kitchen", or "he's a fascist, he deserves it" - all of which say more about those uttering them. But we need to accept that not all the problems with our politics come from above. "We, the people," have responsibilities too.
