The MWO GRF-5M is broken. They should probably emergency patch it. They must not have checked it's output with 4 AC2, b/c 20 dps at 1.1km optimal shouldn't be in the game on a medium mech. They spent half a year nerfing the assault EXE-B-C for having those stats.
