yeah but unity is going to mean shoving his poisonous ass to the sidelines. He's a liability and a fraud.

This is so over the top it looks like a Michael Bay movie
BLUMENTHAL: Judge Cook, was the Capitol attack on January 6? COOK: I hesitate to use the word 'attack'
predicting the 2028 Democratic primary debates won’t reflect any of these obvious constraints and will focus on hypothetical details of expensive new hypothetical programs, similar to 2020.
It seems really clear that by 2028, we're going to have an empty SPR, substantial munitions shortages, greater strategic challenges, a larger national debt and substantially higher bond rates which will massively constrain future administrations.
By the time the GOP is done with him, being an Arab-American won't matter. Plenty of other ad material to work from.
"You shouldn't nominate an Arab-American candidate because America is too bigoted to elect them" is a pretty depressing opinion to have.
A paramilitary group plotted to overthrow the Constitution then conducted a violent attack on America. They were convicted in court of seditious conspiracy, and jailed. Then the leader they aimed to illegally install got power and let them out, their records wiped clean. The Jan. 6 attackers won.
Judge Pained as He Grants Dismissal of Jan. 6 Charges Against Oath Keepers
The judge, Amit P. Mehta, blasted the administration’s request for a dismissal in the case, saying it bestowed “unearned grace” on the Oath Keepers defendants “by wiping their records clean.”

And this is why you see so much leftism on Bluesky...because upscale white leftist academics are overrepresented on Bluesky.
Genesee County, where Flint is: Stevens +13 Washtenaw County, where the University of Michigan is: El-Sayed +25 That, right there in a nutshell, is really all you need to know about the political bases of non-leftists and leftists.
NBC has called it, so I’ll put my hopes in NYT’s continued “too close to call” headline.
Michigan Dem. Senate primary is razor close and the current margin is less than 2 percent. McMorrow is now at 4 percent of the vote, and in such a close race, this might make all the difference.
I can tell you that it is tiring watching the state/populace being used as a back drop for the grift that is modern populism, both left and right, with what appears to be little regard for what happens to the state after the races are over.
Behind every bad Dem candidate is the worst staffers you've ever met
i really think it’s gonna go badly
We can piss away Michigan and still win a Senate majority.
Republicans: "No, please, don't run the woke socialist who hates Thanksgiving, please."
Leaked memo shows Republicans privately see Francesca Hong as "uniquely dangerous" in the general election & that “more moderate and establishment Democratic alternatives would likely produce lower base motivation and depressed turnout": www.kenklippenstein.com/p/will-franc...
The “get politics out of sports” crowd is sure having a normal one
I think it’s very possible (and desirable) to expand the political conversation on bluesky beyond the most left wing 5% of Americans without including Nazis, homophobic harassers, etc etc.
He has a compliant GOP majority in Congress if he’s really interested in this redistribution idea.
President Trump said Chevron and ExxonMobil are “making too much money” and should return some of their profits back to the public.

Iran déjà vu: Trump once again threatens massive escalation against Tehran only to walk back
President Donald Trump has repeatedly threatened military action against Iran, only to pull back at the last minute. This pattern continued over the weekend.

I can’t believe we’re doing another cycle of pretending to have a deal with Iran. This is so stupid.
Proudly campaigning with Mr. "Black people are holding back the Left" is a choice.

Susan Sarandon I can understand, because she's a (dumb) celebrity. The better question is, why is he platforming Katie Halper -- the pro-Russian stooge who tried to sabotage the Biden campaign with the Tara Reade hoax? (Tara Reade, who later defected to Russia?)
Giving Katie Halper the time of day is enough for me to declare VBNMW null and void if AES wins (like I did with Platner). The Kat Abu stuff is bad, but allying oneself with Halper is a *whole* other red flag.
by all means, let’s make the maine senate race about dobbs and elon musk

I hope they do events together, he could do his funny chainsaw act, it will be great!
The difference between Will Stancil and Kat Abughazaleh is that Kat used a bad faith quote tweet dunk on Will to solicit cash donations to her campaign consulting business and Will refuses to let anyone give him money to fix the slashed tires on the car he chased ICE agents around in.
I don't live in Michigan but the more I see about the two of them the more I wish they could both lose (the primary, of course).
