Totally unrelated. Meccha means extremely, very, super. Meccha Chameleon means Extreme Chameleon. Mechagodzilla is written in katakana. Mecha/meka is just short for "mechanical". "Meccha" can be (but often isn't) written in kanji with characters for "destroy/ruin" & "tea". Very unrelated words.
