I‘m mostly here for civilised discourse on literature. Much obliged.

Looking for someone who can do 90’s point-and-click style pixel art for a commission. Short notice but it’d need to be done in the next two weeks. Lemme know if that’s you, and share your portfolio please!

When you write a game you never know who will play it or what it will mean to them. It can be someone's first game. It can be someone's last game. And if you're very very lucky, you'll sometimes get to hear about it.

Clayton makes a great point here that I think a lot of people dont realize. People pay attention when all you have to say is negative. You are digging yourself a grave made of your own discontent- the internet isn't actually a good place to complain.

I've written a few books and checked all the quotes (deleting some bangers because I doubted their authenticity) and if you're letting fabricated ones slip through then you're cutting corners in an egregious way. It is not the copy-editor's job to check every source, it's yours. Do the damn work

Public Domain Art is the lifeblood of small tabletop rpgs, but it can be a nightmare trying to find the right art and license. This week, I’ve re-uploaded my old list from 2020 (with updates) of public domain websites. That's 500,000+ public domain paintings, photos, maps, and film. Link below 🔗👇
