There is a large body of very conclusive evidence showing market origin, zoonotic. There is no solid evidence showing lab origin. No progenitor, nothing. Never been found directly in bats.
Webster@wbwebster.bsky.social · 5h agoAs I understand it, the SARS-Co-2 virus was first identified in wildlife, some caves inhabited by bats, and was being studied in the lab with shoddy controls for containing the virus and it would seem possible that a lab worker contracted the virus that spread to the market. So all are right
