Bienvenidas las #Plazas de investigación, los contratos #ATRAE, #RyC, etc. Pero si no se inyecta más dinero en el sistema, eso solo sirve para que se rechacen más proyectos. Y los que se conceden, se quedan con una financiación estancada desde hace 5 años, que no cubre siquiera la inflación. 😠

Y si queréis ver la tendencia de los últimos años: - Está subiendo mucho el número de solicitudes (casi un 10% respecto al año pasado). - La financiación total no sube al mismo ritmo (un 5,7%). - La financiación media por proyecto se mantiene. - Conclusión: se rechazan más proyectos.

Carolyn started this as a whole-genome revisit of the classic 1996 papers on spontaneous nondisjunction from Hawley (Dros X) and Sherman (human 21) labs. She looked at a metacentric (Dros 2) and found that the rules are different - no obvious relationship between ndj and crossovers. Shape matters!
