I know this was yesterdays middle age topic and today’s is heat pump - But people are selling second hand car seats for way more than I’d expect given that everything you read says don’t buy a second hand car seat!

Day 1 of 4 of heat pump installation. So many people were here today to start work. Good time of year to do it. Not too cold. Have electric heaters in two rooms for the evening. Hot water on immersion until heat pump… not that great. But won’t be long.

The French government announced a major "digital sovereignty initiative" to reduce dependency on American technology platforms by rolling out a domestic videoconferencing solution called "Visio" across its entire administration by 2027.

Italian voice actor Carlo Bononi was the voice of all of the characters on Pingu. A trained clown by trade, he used a theater technique called grammelot, which consists of "speaking" in a mix of babbled gibberish noises. He improvised all the voices live and unscripted.

I've just discovered this is part of a whole season of BBC Ibsen adaptations and they're all on iPlayer.
