Hey all! I know I've been really quiet. Just so you know I have a new job. It's hard work in a remote place but I am so happy to be here. But it really, really cuts into social time. In a week or so I should have more time to interact. But for now I'll just be putting up writing announcements.
And the 8 Dems are: Henry Cuellar (TX), Don Davis (NC), Cleo Fields (LA), Laura Gillen (NY), Vicente Gonzalez (TX), Marcy Kaptur (OH), Marie Glusenkamp Perez (WA), & Eugene Vindman (VA).

8 Democrats vote yea to further erode the basic rights of trans youths. Waiting on the roll call to update to find out who these anti-trans Dems are.
Trans people are not “fighting for unpopular positions that society isn’t ready for.” Trans people are fighting to KEEP the rights we have enjoyed for decades. We have been able to legally change our gender markers since the 70s and before. Same with bathrooms, sports, youth, all for decades.
It refuels the tanks we creative folks use to power our work 💖 (Also leaving nice reviews and telling your friends!)
if you love something somebody online made, please tell them. I feel like it's said a lot, but people don't let it actually sink in. and please, don't worry about not having much to say. even saying that you enjoyed it means way more than you might think. 🩷
not having an instagram or tiktok account is funny sometimes. my friends will send me things and i'm like thank you SO much for thinking of me. i am literally not allowed to see this
Yea I blocked him. Don’t do this to me ever, it’s a jumpscare. And in the future I’m going to try to not even mention the state I’m in cuz yikes.
BREAKING: VA Gov Abigail Spanberger just vetoed a bill that would ban ICE from making warrantless arrests inside of courthouses. VA Dems have the House, the Senate, and the Governorship. They have all the power and still under a Corporate Centrist Democrat, align with fascist ideology.
The “confidential investigation documents” that Patel evasively alludes to is Volume II of the Jack Smith report, per the indictment. It’s the only special counsel final report in US history that’s not been publicly released, as a result of Judge Cannon’s order at Trump’s urging.
personally I think anyone should be able to change their name for any reason ever and society should just adapt for that. you will not change my mind
“Can you even call Tennessee a democracy if people in the 2 largest cities don’t have representation?” (nope!) @brotherjones.bsky.social & @timmiller.bsky.social 🧢🫡on Republicans stripping Memphis/Nashville’s representation on orders from Stephen Miller/Trump.
The parking attendant paused by the double-length bay. Intended for mobile homes and cars with trailers, it was currently occupied by a sleeping dragon. No parts of it extended beyond the lines, and the paper ticket was clearly displayed, impaled on a horn. The parking attendant moved on.
And to be clear, I fucking like it this way. I spent most of my life, even after I transitioned, trying to fit into the most palatable fucking box for the world. I'm sick to death of making myself small to fit in. My posting is only going to get More.
Okay, I'm picking up a few followers from that writing prompt idea, and I'm glad you all are enjoying, but please do keep in mind I post untagged hard kinks. If you want to follow, feel free, but this account is rapidly becoming a dead dove.
Behind on fees, payments ($140 due tomorrow, $400 for LLC fees by June, $200 for WAS certification renewal in June...), and a bunch of other stuff, and my name day is this week. I sure would like to be able to enjoy it. #EmergencyCrowdfund #HelpSky www.gofundme.com/manage/help-...

It’s a misconception that vampires use their long lives to earn the wealth and prestige required to live in a castle. In fact, castles are built around new vampires, by loyal and protective gargoyles. This one works in a chip shop.
I don’t know what to tell you, man. I’m a medieval historian, and, in my field, if you don’t check your sources (and your sources’ sources) you are just asking to be taken for a ride by some bored 19th C. aristocratic English antiquarian with a penchant for inventing history.
The one good thing about this racist pedophile’s two presidential terms is that writers can now create the dumbest, most one-dimensional asshole villains in power doing the most nakedly evil things without subtlety or nuance and have historical reference to support their character choices.
If unions didn't work, owners wouldn't spend ungodly sums to make sure their shops aren't unionized.
US employers spend over $1.5 billion annually to fight their workers' unionization efforts www.theguardian.com/us-news/2026...
This is textbook manipulative garbage. That “break up with her/ignore her for a month” thing tests how much disrespect she’ll tolerate. And the worst part is that it’s framed like “relationship wisdom.” John Fugelsang’s reply is dead on: if a guy thinks that’s normal, he’s a walking red flag.
Nancy Mace’s legislation to ban naturalized citizens from government service is hateful, it is insulting to our country’s history, and it is rooted in racism. I call on all my colleagues — including my Republican colleagues who are naturalized citizens — to condemn this.
