The average person’s life is difficult, expensive, and getting any kind of loan sucks - unless you’re raising billions of dollars to build an AI data center.

When you bring an aluminium smelter into the system to take advantage of cheap power, it works when power is cheap, and stops when power is expensive; this way, it functions as a minimum price guarantee for power producers, which makes various renewable projects viable...

Most "Smart" TVs use Automatic Content Recognition ( #ACR), essentially taking snapshots every 10+ms of what you watch and hear, then selling that data to corps for ads, etc. I now feel it's only a matter of time before this "feature" finds its way to our ever "smarter" PC monitors. ⬇️ 1/2 ⬇️ #News
