Your little oopsie "mistakes" had me worrying for a year of my life about my partner going to jail for up to a decade based on lies likely fed to you by the top of the federal government. Show everyone what you're covering up in these emails and texts. There's a reason you don't want them released.

Boutros acknowledges 'mistakes' in 'Broadview 6' case but says sanctions, special counsel aren't needed

Chicago's top federal prosecutor noted in a court filing that his office has already dropped charges in the case, implemented “robust root-cause changes” and started the process of reviewing over 1,00...

Everywhere should be a hostile place for Republicans. They should not be able to find a friend anywhere. They should lose all their professional and familial relationships. They should be blocked from signing up to social media platforms, clubs, and yard sales. They should be ejected from fairs.

They think they're being clever eugenicists by saying that people with "underlying health issues" don't matter, but >75% of U.S. adults have a chronic condition (including 60% of age 18–34). So what they're really saying is "nobody matters, it's okay if everybody dies from inadequate regulation."

Breaking News: Two deaths in Michigan have been linked to cyclospora. Both people who had the parasite also had underlying health issues.

ICE is no longer reporting deaths of immigrants released when the deaths occur within 30 days of being held by ICE. Why is that important? Because they will likely release people who are dying just to get them “Off their books” but who likely died from their ICE detainment. This is BS.

ICE will stop reporting deaths of newly released detainees

The policy, issued during the Biden administration, directed the agency to review and report all detainee fatalities, including those that occurred post-release.

The reason people are turning to the DSA is because they’re tired of Democrats being so afraid of openly supporting their very own, popular center left agenda. These party has abandoned regular people so regular people are telling the party to fuck off. Something will fill the vacuum.

It’s as if people like @billscher.bsky.social have been asleep for the last 25 years as they rend their garments over “what Fox News and republicans will say” if the DSA gets more popular. These are the same entities that said Obamacare was a socialist takeover and that Biden opened the border

What he's calling for is ethnic cleansing. This attitude led to the Trail of Tears, and farther down this path lie pogroms and ghettos and paramilitaries. This is the road to Srebrenica, to the Rawandan Genocide, to Auschwitz--that's where this ends if we don't stop it.

Rep. Michael Rulli on reports that ICE is preparing to mass deport of Haitians from Ohio: "Let's get them out of here. Let's get 'em all out of here, and let's start from the beginning."

There's a lot of focus on democratic resilience from civil society actors at the moment, and rightly so, but I'm concerned there's not really a shared definition of what democratic resilience is, and often appears to fall back on a few ideas that I think are questionable.

nobody should use twitter (you don’t have to use bluesky! just not twitter!) but very specifically journalists and entertainment reporters using it has been astoundingly corrosive for our civil dialogue, because we have completely lost any semblance of “saying this is unacceptable”

It would help a lot if a lot of journalists and pundits weren't using Twitter as their assignment editor, several years into its transition into Stormfront.

The rich and powerful can buy their way out of mass surveillance … the rest of us can’t. It’s eerily similar to the response to the Covid pandemic. The wealthy installed state of the art clean air and leveraged all available technology to avoid repeat infections. The rest of us are on our own.

NEW: I wrote for MSNBC about how Madison Square Garden turning off their facial recognition cameras for Taylor Swift is a perfect encapsulation of our dystopian present: where the wealthy can use surveillance to consolidate power, and the rest of us live in a privately owned panopticon.

“Dr. Brian P. Lee, a USC liver transplant doctor, said he voted ‘no’ based on the fact that a sham medication, or placebo, can lead 30 percent of patients to believe their condition has improved. He said the data for the peptide indicated an even smaller effect than a standard placebo”

“Stop winning by adopting popular left-wing policies that work. It makes us look like out-of-touch fools who didn’t realize all our conservative friends were actually white supremacist fascists laughing at our credulous buy-in to conservatism like it was a real ideology.”

The Bulwark@thebulwark.com · 2w ago

The vibes may be exciting, but if Democrats are going to win this year and in 2028, they must reject the DSA. If you’re tempted by a democratic socialist this year, think of what use Republicans will make of these victories, and ask whether you want to do favors for fascists.

The CDC Autism and Vaccines page received a minor update yesterday. The reference to RFK Jr's agreement with Bill Cassidy has been removed. Dark red = removed. Dark green = additions. RFK Jr had anti-vax lies added to the page in November 2025. www.factcheck.org/2025/11/revi...

CDC has updated its vaccine safety pages. Now says: "The claim 'vaccines do not cause autism' is not an evidence-based claim because studies have not ruled out the possibility that infant vaccines cause autism." Whoa #EpiSky #pediatrics #NeuroSky #PsychSky

Patrick Casey's has been an open white supremacist for a decade. In 2018, after Charlottesville, the Today show platformed him with a show called "Hate on the Ballot" that ended up pitching racism instead of condemning it. Unpaywalled: archive.is/e4xci 2/

In an interview with the morning show, Patrick Casey, the leader of Identity Evropa, made a pitch for his hate group, denouncing the term ‘racist’ as a ‘buzzword.’
