A court filing in a case against cyberhacker Peter Stokes revealed Microsoft's GDID embedded in EVERY Win11 install provided the FBI the ability to trace his PC across VPNs(!!) & proxies(!!) across three countries.
You could hardly design a job better suited to draw abusers. Unchecked power over people no one will believe, and almost no chance of a consequence. So it draws the very men you should fear, and then it shields them. Senior agency officials bragged for years about their own sexual misconduct.
