This is very important and we need a big campaign highlighting what the differences are between legal e-bikes (Electrically Power Assisted Cycles) and illegal vehicles. On Facebook, various AGS accounts continue to wrongly describe illegal e-motorbikes or e-mopeds as "e-bikes", which they are not.

Just spent a few days in Berlin. One thing that struck me was the incredible amount of people cycling. Great cycling infrastructure. Hundreds of bikes locked at roadside and left alone. And everyone respecting everyone else on the road. Shows it can be done if there is political will. #speirgorm

Justice minister Jim O’Callaghan said his legal advice was that counsellors’ notes should be available, and that they can be of value in securing a prosecution.
Everyone on X and elsewhere who called for a violent response should be charged with incitement. Everyone involved in the pogrom should be locked up with exemplary sentences. Govt should make it clear that will be the response in future anywhere else. Enough.
The FAI's move to host the Ireland-Israel home fixture at a neutral venue does not address the moral and ethical issues at play. Players are now under pressure to boycott the game – but it shouldn't ever have come to this. We need to see an end to Israel's sportswashing. We need to Stop the Game.
Kids are on their phones too much. I don't know why they don't use the many youth clubs, public swimming pools, community clubs or sports facilities successive governments and skint local authorities have underfunded, closed or sold to property developers.
