The thing liberals fundamentally don't understand is that trans people are losing rights they already had. We're not asking for more, we're asking not to lose what we already had for decades. Most sports leagues and the Olympics had inclusion criteria for decades without issue.

which gets to this main ideological concern: to spread the message that your sickness or your illness is primarily your fault, and if you ate the right, "pure" food, then you would not to be susceptible to illness.
I do think about WFH in this, and how there’s a lot of people whose office life is their entire social life but can’t admit that to themselves or others. Not sure what to do about it either.
These people had protected status. They lived here legally. They worked, they paid taxes. They made lives. Raised families. Now we’ve dehumanized them. Ripped away that protection and told them to get out. This is a stain on the soul of this Nation.
If you just happened to pick this week to start yelling about the importance of academic freedom, I sure hope you did more than watch silently for the past 18 months as the Trump administration assaulted everything from mRNA vaccine research to gender studies to the very idea of having universities.
