one thing that’s interesting to watch is that republicans basically don’t know how to campaign when trump is this unpopular. literally any other president would grant them free reign to run against him if they have to, but he refuses and decides that they need his help

I want to draw attention to this as often as I can - not only is this *action* terrible, the intention behind it is to consolidate power and eliminate the three branches of government. The courts are already severely compromised. The power of the purse belongs to Congress.

Absolutely disgusting. This school, which now costs almost $100,000 per year to attend, should ban all fraternities and sororities. Victims of criminal acts and hazing rituals should sue the school administrators and the national "Greek" organizations that shield criminals on campus.

When you elect more Democrats, they try to pass climate policy. When you elect more Republicans, they try to block climate policy. This is not Democrats' fault. Republicans make their own choices & are responsible for those choices. They are not helpless victims of the way climate activists talk.

So the message of this research out of China, where you were seeing a lot of kids using A.I. to help them, was that when they were using the A.I., they were getting things done faster. But it turned out that the skills they were learning were not holding, that their actual personal performance, at least in the way we traditionally measure it, was degrading. What do you think when you hear that? The last part — I completely agree. Try to get a kid to do long division right now. The multiplication table is starting to be forgotten. Doing square roots, my goodness. Basic math is being forgotten. Does it matter? That’s my question for you. Yeah. I don’t think it does. I don’t think it does. But there must be some set of skills that matter. Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah. But maybe not those. We’re going to discover new ones. Just maybe not those. There are a lot of skills that don’t matter. My first confession, I actually don’t know my address.

I got my first online mob attack in '11. In '15, the CBC asked me if I could leave the country before a story broke because they feared for my safety. In '20, the police told me to leave the country for my safety. Nobody has ever been arrested, let alone charged, for the threats against me.

🎉 My late father's barely driven tens of thousands of dollars underwater SUV has finally been repossessed by the bank who gave him a $60K loan for this originally $37K vehicle a mere 3 years ago. And it only took 3 months of legal wrangling to cut off the automatic payments to make it happen. Ugh. 🎉
