I've had "Obsidian Sync & Publish on Atproto" on my todo list for so long, can't wait for permissioned data!
Just thinking: - Obsidian Sync on your own PDS - Notion alts - Discord alts - Family/Team planning apps - Figma / Figjam alts - Social media planning apps - AI tools for keeping memories, plans, configurations at one place - CRMs - Photo Libraries - Client / Freelancer tools (with sifa integration)
ok this is the coolest package I've seen in a while. It can convert curl commands into Gleam code, or the other way around. Instant Gleam examples from any API documentation with a single copy/paste curlify.hexdocs.pm

I'm happy to announce Badness: a formatter, linter, and language server for LaTeX! It is meant to be a all-in-one replacement for whatever texlab + latexindent/tex-fmt + chkex + bibtex-tidy setup you have going. The goal is to be a Ruff for LaTeX. github.com/jolars/badness #texlatex #latex

Iroh-drop now has a web client iroh-drop.boxd.sh#drop1ajux6in... If you click this one and I'm still sharing you might also get to listen to a new piece of unreleased music I made recently.
iroh-drop
Hand files to people with one string. No accounts, no server, no hashes to copy.
iroh-drop.boxd.sh
Iroh can compile to WASM & run in the browser, it’s just relay-only connections. github.com/n0-computer/..., not entirely sure on files API permissions, but aside from any details there a web client should be doable!
The more I work in the @gleam.run compiler, the more impressed I am with all of the existing work it does. There is a lot of interesting stuff that goes into compiling pattern matching into efficient JavaScript.
this is too cool
PDS Operator it's a self hosted dashboard for your PDS. watches labelers and dms you when an account gets flagged. accounts, takedowns, pwd resets, invites, relay status, passkey sign-in, audit log, setup wizard with a qr code. deploy in minutes. tangled.org/brookie.blog...
yall know its easy to set up your own "nixpkgs" its just a flake and the "apps" are just packages. almost every piece of software i run is from a custom flake not nixpkgs
in the age of ai im now making significant edits to browser code and it compiles. we arent in kansas anymore

Two weeks ago I wrote about my development workflow for Chatto, and feedback has been fantastic. I'm particularly happy that it even made some of my AI hating friends go "okay, that's actually quite cool". We need to write more about our actual work, and in less of a preachy AI-salesperson voice.
Chatto is Robots
Chatto is built with agentic engineering. Here's my workflow.

Ugh. The Jack Skellington face is showing up in my coffee grounds already?? It’s barely August!
