There's plenty of things to disagree with Richard Nixon but pulling out of Vietnam, the Clean Air & Endangered Species Acts, creating the EPA, establishing diplomatic relations with China and an anti-ballistic missile treaty with the USSR, he'd be branded a communist in the 2028 Republican Primary.

The technology itself is actually incredible. The idea that you could wear these, have them scan ads, signs, etc and translate text in real time? Be able to price compare when in a store? Even ID fake products? Those are some real use cases. Instead we have "content" creators harassing people
I got signed up for "weekly" (read: several times a week) updates from a local DNC community group, on an email address I only use for critical messages. They either signed me up through a leak from my healthcare provider or through my school's alumni program. Either is scummy and gross.
