and that 100% has to do w/ fact that people don’t respect visual art or graphic design- and any kind of creative art, really- even before the rise of genAI. the people who complain about artists pricing their work higher, steal art, and exploit underpaid creatives are often the ones doing this shit

YouTube has reportedly demonetized several animators after mistakenly flagging their content as either “generated with AI” or “exclusively for children.” Kurzgesagt, RebelTaxi and Kiana Mai are among those affected, with RebelTaxi having since regained monetization.
