I think a lot about a post that I can't find that takes aim at the genre of jokes about x, y or z soundtrack composer and how they "didn't have to go that hard" for some silly movie. The post is like "yes they did? they care about their job? they want to make good work?"

So I posted about the Kickstarter that Harvey Pekar's daughter huge is running to fund sorting his huge archive of papers. She put some stuff on ebay to help raise funds, too. I couldn't pass on this. Harvey's copy of Rolling Stone from June 1970, with coverage of the Kent State Massacre!

Harvey & Joyce's adopted daughter Danielle is trying to raise funds to deal with Pekar's raw archive; basically four storage lockers full of notes, outlines, ideas, etc. Note this is not Pekar's comics per se. Those rights have been tied up in court for years. Long, ugly story. Worth backing.
