Currently working through my games backlog and Jedi: Survivor is one hell of a game. The scope of it, the combat (the lightsaber fantasy!), the traversal and exploration are all fantastic. It is, however, also a janky mess that crashes at least once every couple of hours. Not ideal for a 3y/o game

Crucial point by John Curtis on BBC - Councils flipping from Labour to Reform are because Labour are losing **to the left**, & Cons to Reform Chasing Reform failed Labour; they lost the base & didn’t convince many on the right (Failed Tories too) Watch everyone learn the wrong lesson anyway

So is Nanny McPhee a benevolent eldrich horror working to an unknowable cosmic design? Or do we think she’s a powerful sorceress cursed/pact-bound to save a quirky family once every so often, like Davy Jones if he worked for social services?

You might think I’m biased (which I probably am) but whoever is doing the special editions over at Black Library Does Not Miss. It’s a work of freakin’ art, before you even get to the juicy, delicious story inside. Bloody lovely stuff.

A reminder that while am an not aggressively anti-AI, I don’t use it at all. Not for work. Not to dick around. Not to play solo D&D. Nothing. My opinion is that AI is nowhere near ready for market, that people are paying to train it for the corporations, and it is more detrimental than it is useful.

*sigh* If your Kickstarter video/image is AI, I won't back it. If your book has an AI cover, I won't read it. If you're a public supporter of AI use for creative work, I will unfollow you. I cannot stress enough how offensive I find AI use in the arts. It is outright theft, it is lazy, it is gross.
