at first i was mad at myself raising my Adderall dose too fast but it’s good to have a long night of the soul where ur kept ambulatory by dark magics, hating every second until u nap for 1hr the next day & wake up feeling like ur brain is finally urs again scares you straight! builds character!!

I don't think people quite understand chronic illness, what it's like to "wake up tired" but still have a million things to do. Deciding where to invest your energy as you're operating on 20% of what everyone else has. Even the most basic stuff like washing yourself or making a meal is draining.
