In 1868-70, Congress conditioned readmitting 9 Confederate states to the Union on them not stripping voting rights from ppl w/ criminal records. Today ppl w/ felony records in those states can't vote. A judge said this year that's illegal in VA--they get to vote. Same logic for the other 8 states?

This doesn't get rid of the settlement that establishes the fund. That would require Donald Trump's sign-on, and he made it clear he wants the fund. All this does is rescind the DOJ's order establishing the fund. Trump can still go to court and demand the fund because the settlement remains.
