I try not to think about how The Dark Knight is a movie from 18 years ago, but a big conflict Batman and Lucius Fox face in that is whether to use everyone’s smartphones as unwitting surveillance tools. This tech is destroyed, as nobody should have such power. That’s not how 2026 superheroes think.

With early voting for the Florida primary set to start this weekend, I’m getting the last minute polling requests. It’s interesting to see just how many of the questions pertain to stuff like support for Israel, awareness of AIPAC, and other questions that years ago were not even up for a discussion

Vic WAS nice to me. Many times. He also did some borderline-creepy things to me, AFTER he knew I was friends with one of his young female friends/fans. He also sexually assaulted one of my close friends. Almost like people (narcissists!) can hide their true colors when it’s advantageous to do so.

My tax dollars help make insulin free for diabetics as well. I may never be diabetic or have need of insulin myself. That makes absolutely no difference to me. If it will help others survive, a little chunk of my salary is a very small price to pay. In short, get your head out of your ass.
