Well, Mac, I think that's probably because at 200 decibels, sound is no longer sound, but instead becomes a shock wave. So while you *could* have an emergency siren with a hypothetical volume of 194 decibels, the loudest possible sound in the atmosphere, it would be the *cause* of the emergency.

Amazon review by "Mac": Decent for under 3 acres. Go professional for bigger land area. Reviewed in the United States on May 3, 2026 They really need to start making these sirens with a simple charger and on off switch. Your basically gotta buy a car battery to operate this and it tops out at 121db, not 130. I measured the frequency. They make women's personal pocket Keychain alarms with 130db. Why can't a huge weather warning siren hit at least 200db? More importantly, Why not an operator switch? Besides operation though it does produce a clean, crisp sound that emits enough to be clearly heard from 2 acres away. If you live on a normal middle class property or own a few acres, this is a good setup for your shed or barn. If you own real land this is worthless. Buy the professional sirens. Pay the money. Its worth it to warn yourself and your family in a real emergency.

I know I have the ear of many people who fancy themselves sensible about AI, unlike the Luddites, etc. But understand this: until you get this kind of nonsense under control, you will continue to court ample outrage from people who are disproportionately Very Online. I don't make the rules.
