Should improve authoritarian surveillance of US state governments?

@radiofreetom.bsky.social how well do presidents surround themselves with capable staff and cabinets?
It's not just automating coordination to flatten orgs. This autocratic-flavored enterprise ambition is to stop renting smarts from human experts (who leave, die, have opinions) and make smarts owned by the company in full. Scales better, keeps improving, doesn't question orders, works weekends.
A recent Y-Combinator talk explains why Silicon Valley is at war against middle managers. The argument is if AI native companies document every process and record every meeting.then leaders can simply ask Claude what’s going on and AI can suggest process/business improvements overnight.

So what's the fully loaded cost of using AI (the way you'll want to use it a year from now)? Without the subsidy? Adding in taxes, to cover the externalities?
Chips used to be considered the limiting factor to meeting AI demand but electricity has proven to be an even bigger factor. The cost to build new gas power plants has gone up 66% in two years given larger demand from datacenters and the waiting list for gas turbines now stretches into the 2030s.

Emergency Prices: How Private Equity Captured the Ambulance Market
Emergency service costs have been going up for years, frustrating city officials. One reason seems to be private equity, which bought up ambulance makers and raised prices.

So if you have budget for 100 agents as direct reports, what percent do you dedicate to roles that defend you from internal political attacks, that wage quiet wars on rivals, that support sponsors and allies as you accumulate power? More than your colleagues? Less than your boss?
A peer recently went from overworked to praised for being on top of things by delegating tasks to dedicated Claude agents. Since agent context fills up over time, I’ve learned giving them dedicated roles ensures optimal performance. Your coding agent shouldn't also be your meeting summary agent.
Persistence of a customer relationship must span products, projects, and companies. The lifespan of all of these can be shorter than the time to build enduring relationships (or communities) and trust that creates value over a lifetime. So if your relationship is not with the software pop-up?
