Gallop into Evercold on the Collector's Edition mount: Valhallar Odin! 🐎

I'm torn between maining Gunbreaker and sticking with a regen healer for Evercold. I really enjoy playing healer, but I feel drawn to change it up and do something new. It would also force me to get over my lingering tankxiety lol

We watched a few videos about sounds from the 80s and 90s (popular commercials, the Windows 95 startup, first gen Nokia ringtones, etc) and it gave me an unexpected wave of sadness. The world was so big and beautiful and full of hope then. We talked about the future with smiles on our faces.

I made a batch of vegan strawberry gummy candy, and they are SO good. Super soft, melt in your mouth. A little too sweet, I'll try adjusting the sugar next time. Or add more citric acid.

I pretend Elora doesn't get the "I thought you'd be taller" line because at 5'8" she is freakishly tall for a fem miqo. Other comments like "you don't look so tough" are met with utter indifference. She doesn't need to prove herself to anyone.

A lot of people don’t realize the dust bowl wasn’t a natural phenomenon. It happened when agrobusiness interests dramatically transformed the plains without regard for drought, and created vicious dust storms that choked whole families to death. That’s what I think of when I read about data centers.

A niece of mine had a fairy tale themed birthday, but instead of a princess, she dressed up like a knight with a sword and shield, as did all her friends, and her dad put on an inflatable dragon suit so he could be defeated. Her birthday cake featured a dragon hoarding a pile of chocolate coins.

"Verify your age" I was born 26 days before the Xbox 360 came out, a fact that I love saying because it makes me sound so young to people that are twice my age but also inflicts psychic damage as they realize the 360 is almost old enough to drink.

"Don't speak ill of the dead" means "maybe have a little tact and don't bring up Aunt Mildred's alcohol problem to her mourning children in the middle of her funeral," not "pretend the facist asshole who made it his mission to dismantle democracy was actually a nice guy"
