Caught myself writing about "colinization," which is the process by which people named Colin are sent in to a place to take it over and govern it. Going to coin a new field of study: postColinial studies...

Would anyone be willing to share a screenshot of a track in Logic, Fruity Loops, or some similar DAW that I could include in the second edition of *Listening to Rap*? I can't for the life of my get in touch with the person from whom I got the image in the first ed.

What do we think? I like the mixtape one but I'm worried that folks (and computers) will somehow run "hip hop" into the title of the book where it's not supposed to be (although maybe that could be a happy accident in terms of searching for it?)
