If anyone's belonging is conditional and can be revoked because of WHO THEY ARE, then EVERYONE'S belonging is conditional. The excuses and "reasons" do not hold.
Id take it further, I would argue that pain is the goal here. The more I think about it, the more I see the need to jail and institutionalize as a manifestation of the need to punish difference. The impulse to institutionalize disabled people overlaps and is born of the same anxiety/disgust/anger.

I think it is true a lot of Gen Z is unaware that they are using terms that got adopted by Stormfront adjacent areas at least partially ironically, but that doesn't make it any less dire that that sort of language is being normalized.

so here's a pernicious statement designed to maximize outrage. he said "america deserved 9/11" and this guy is now saying that the individual people in the WTC towers deserved 9/11, which is a different thing entirely this is a common way for misinformation and outrage to be spread on the internet
