Order from July 28, unsealed today.

People who think courts don’t matter and it’s all force of charisma and arms should re-evaluate why courts saying no to Trump has mattered so much on this
Marc Elias@marcelias.bsky.social · 4h agoNotice DOJ doesn't talk about its efforts to obtain state voter files anymore. They are 0-20 in those cases and today is the beginning of the quiet period -- states can no longer do systematic removals of names from the voter rolls. TLDR: We won!🥳

It wasn't, it was made by me, an artist that is very much against AI. In fact, I turned it into a shirt and raised money for a local arts education nonprofit in Chicago.
I know it sucks, but Dems have got to be prepared to inherit a munitions-and-readiness hole that is going to be expensive to fill, but which will need to be filled. Hardly the only such hole, but it will be a big one.

The best thing about Vote Blue No Matter Who is that it unloads a lot of cognitive burden. I wanted Tom Steyer to be in the Governor's race, but he's not so I'm gonna vote for Becerra. I don't follow his campaign at all: I'm voting for him because he's not a Republican.

The original prompt is also wild because airline travel is *dramatically* cheaper now than it was 40 years ago. Way more people can access it as a result, which is…better by any reasonable measure. If you want to pay more for luxury, that option also remains available!
