Lu (and his siblings)don't get sick often, being molten rock inside makes it impossible to catch most physical illnesses. Though there are a few they could catch if they were around more Calorians/elementals. They do get lethargic in winter though. Magic/energy levels 1/3 #OCASK #VeilOfStarlight

Uh oh! Your original character has gotten sick! How is their immune system? Do they get sick easily, or are they very fit? How do they take care of themselves when they're ill? Do they get help? #OCASK #OCQOTD #OCSKY

Okay, so I wasn't a huge romance reader, but, I was really into vampires, werewolves, and supernatural (both the show and the genre) My best friend, who I wrote stories with, recommended (AGGRESSIVELY) that I read Twilight. I was so shocked she read it because it was so far from what 1/3 #SumLuv

Do you remember the first romance novel you read? Where did you get it from? 🧡 #SumLuv 🧡

Romance Writers Summer of Love #SumLuv @EllieYellu Day 5: Romance Reads. What was your introduction to romantic fiction?

A woman could not have written Game of Thrones. I don't mean she wouldn't have been capable. I mean a woman writing about that much rape and incest wouldn't have been this globally revered as "realistic" and "dark" and would've instead been called a sexual deviant and her books fringe at best

If it's during the night, it's probably Lu and Sorrel. They likely went off somewhere for privacy and knocked something over. (At any age lol) I'm not worried. #AwesomeCharacters #VeilOfStarlight

Tell me more about your #AwesomeCharacters You and all your characters are staying together somewhere! You hear a loud crash, then silence. Which one do you immediately suspect, and what do you think just happened? Are you worried or mad? #WriteSky #WritingCommunity #WritingPrompts

Guy Fieri: Man, I can already tell that’s going to be a flavor BOMB! I can’t WAIT to get my hands on that savory dynamite. Hooowee!!! 107-year-old man, pouring cheese into lard: yes, guy. Hunter Fieri, bumping into pans, standing too close: You know, they say cheese is a food’s hairdo.

I traumatize my characters for the plot. With my protagonists, it's either for the better or just because it'll make them more interesting 😬 For the antagonists it's what makes them worse. I often have protagonists and antagonists experience similar trauma to show it 1/3 #OCASK #VeilOfStarlight

Be honest. Did you traumatize your original character for the sake of character development? Was it for better or for worse? #OCASK #OCQOTD #OCSKY

#SumLuv Okay so Mercy and Kenzō’s is terribly NSFW and not a classic one whatsoever (next posts, be mindful of CW). But on the topic of them: I think they're great! I very much like when a creator makes a terribly contrived one that somehow still lands as adorable. 🧵1/4

"In which somebody runs into somebody else, and then something falls, and they begin to talk, and their eyes meet and they realize they are attracted to one another" —Rodger Ebert Do you have a classic one? Or one that passes 😆 Did you avoid altogether? Snips welcome! #SumLuv

Romance Writers Summer of Love #SumLuv @EllieYellu Day 3: The Meet Cute. How do you feel about it? Do you have one?

Stella would convincingly lie her ass off through the whole thing. She'd be the misunderstood victim and unsung hero (she's the MAIN villain and she knows it 😂) What could be verified would make most people believe the majority of it. It would🧵1/4 #AwesomeCharacters #WritingPrompts #VeilOfStarlight

Tell me more about your #AwesomeCharacters Your character is writing their memoirs! How honest are they being? Are they playing up their heroism and the drama? Are they leaving anything out? Why? What tone will it have? #WriteSky #WritingCommunity #WritingPrompts
