Stop preemptively negotiating against yourself. The process of passing the bill will whittle it down. Why started with a whittled down product?
Voters want to keep making investments in the things that matter to them: housing, healthcare, education, childcare, and transportation.

They also renewed a sales tax to keep state parks free. And Kansas City approved a package of $1.7 billion of bonds for infrastracture.

The Seattle Times Editorial Board, which has consistently opposed any efforts to loosen the city's zoning standards, thinks the SEPA appeals process is working great and uses vague hand-waving about "the environment" to make their case.
Which type of growth do you prefer? 1 building that contains 32 homes in an existing city OR bulldoze 32 acres of forest to build 32 1-plexes? We can call the 1-plex development euphemistically "Forest Park Estates." Which is better for trees? Let's welcome more neighbors in our existing cities
