❤️Another thing we had in the backburner for far too long, and from that time we played emulated Ridge Racer cause our laptop had to be repaired, here is the Tesstarossa/Rivelta Solare from Ridge Racer 5/Rave Racer, stylized with some extra elements of course.

thing about politics in this country, the "blue no matter who" attitude is...if your Dem candidate is anti-trans, pro-Israel, won't push to abolish ICE & prosecute everyone involved, and/or has never committed to undoing/stopping anything Trump's done? They're just a Republican in a different suit.

When trans creators are subtle, people dismiss the trans subtext as “headcanon.” When trans creators are loud and proud, people call it “obnoxious” and “cringe.” They just don’t want us to be represented in media at all. Because they don’t want us to exist at all.

It's even more angering to me when other trans people will see "cringe" trans art and say that it's "setting the community back" or "making us look bad". Actually transphobes are going to hate us no matter what, you're just miserable and want everyone else to hate themselves like you do

And I say this with my whole chest: The anti-trans movement is not about trans people. It’s certainly not about protecting children It is about legislating conformity It is about restricting bodily autonomy It is about erasing all free expression they find disagreeable —It is about control—

Trans people are just the most successful wedge issue the Christofascist hatemongers have been able to cook up in their think tanks Attacking, eroding, then completely eliminating trans rights is not an end goal but the beginning of a much larger campaign to outlaw ALL who are not THEM

I do not know how to state this with any greater clarity (or urgency): If you enjoy your freedom to exist as you choose, to create as you are inspired, to dress in ways that delight you, to be visible & authentic & real You are in danger. Your freedoms are in danger. They are coming for us all.

There is a direct line one can trace from the way the religious right in the 80s & 90s went after Goths, Pagans, vampires & other non-conformist identity groups - often by framing them as delusional & inherently dangerous to minors - and their successful attacks upon trans people now

Trump and his wretched circle of cynical little bigots are counting on you to hate Black women as much as they do. Esp Black women like Ilhan Omar, Louise Lucas, and Monica McIver. He's counting on you not to care about this blatant abuse committed in his name by a corrupt DOJ. Prove him wrong.

Virginia state Sen. L. Louise Lucas is charged with drug trafficking and money laundering, DOJ says

Democratic Virginia state Sen. L. Louise Lucas has been charged with drug trafficking and money laundering, months after an FBI search of her district office and a neighboring cannabis shop.

It seems for at least some segment of the global right part of the project of imagining their own grievance has gone beyond denying that inequality exists and has rapidly become denying that the lives of people who challenge their frameworks already don’t exist. It’s dangerous.

They tested all this recently by telling you that trans people aren’t real, but before this they told you Black women were unrapable, and that the land they colonized was empty. I promise this is all part of the same story of erasure and domination.

Business Insider also reporting that Amazon projects it would take delivery of $3 billion a month in GPUs “every month for the foreseeable future,” all while not having anywhere to put them, as part of an “early rack receipt” program. Extremely strange!

Internal emails from August show Amazon preparing a new "Early Rack Receipt" process for an expected wave of server racks carrying Nvidia's GB300 chips at US facilities before final deployment.
One Amazon email projected the company would take delivery of about $5 billion of Nvidia GB300 racks in August, followed by another roughly $3 billion each month "for the foreseeable future."

This means that the increased price of RAM and consumer electronics was a result of an artificial "supply chain crisis" created by Jensen Huang pushing NVIDIA's customers to take early delivery of GPUs. Jensen Huang is responsible for making life worse for everyone.

NVIDIA seems to be channel stuffing, forcing Amazon and other customers to take early delivery. The argument that these things are "scarce" when you don't even have anywhere to plug them into is nonsense...unless NVIDIA is saying you NEED to take them now, or else. GPUs are stacked in warehouses.
