Another day, another futile attempt at screaming into the empty void! Colorist, currently between issues on three projects, looking for work, bored outta my gourd, yadda yadda yadda. Here are some lines by Ger Curti, color by me.

You can move less than 100 miles and be in a completely diff jobs and skills environment.'The idea that a young person's interests, aptitudes and talents need to be moulded to fit their locality is A grade provincialism. I mean, sure, some people don't ever move but esp given limited immigration
Scotland raised its top income tax rate to 48% to make the rich pay more. New HMRC data suggests the result may have been the opposite: Scotland collected about £22m less. We can't be sure, but Scotland may have fallen over the Laffer curve. 🧵:
Chinese poster for the new Spider-Man film makes me want to start buying film posters again.
Never really got to grips with Procreate before but jumped back on and having actual fun.
I remember seeing someone say we need a movie with Daniel Radcliffe and Margot Robbie playing a couple who get mistaken for assassins who are played by Elijah Wood and Samara Weaving, and I may not ever stop wanting to see that movie.
I join you from the Blaenavon wildfire in Southeast Wales, brought to you by BP, Shell and Equinor. Though it does not look dramatic, the fire has been out of control for days - for a very particular reason. 🧵
This is deeply emotional for us.🥹 Scarlet Deer Inn, our dark medieval folk tale with physical embroidery, is OUT NOW on Steam! Thank you so much to everyone who has supported us on this journey. ❤️ Steam: store.steampowered.com/app1553260
This is Comet Leonard during its approach to the Sun, imaged by Gerald Rhemann on Christmas Day 2021. The comet had been discovered earlier that year, and broke apart in 2022. This photo won the overall prize for Rhemann of the Royal Observatory Greenwich's Astronomy Photographer of the Year 2022.

July 4th is very rough on my dog (he is a royalist and considers George Washington a traitor)
So, I’m going to be auctioning the We Are Legion Diorama (below) with all money (rounded up to the nearest £50/100) going to The Alzheimer’s Society. Auction will be going up on Saturday and run for a week - will post the link when it’s up. It’d be great if you could all bid and spread the word!

So hu, I just finished watching Sisu, a movie about cowboy John Wick killing nazis in northern Finland. Funny how they left one minute detail out of the exposition though.
When Iggy started his new job at the Cult as a Terrorizer he didn’t expect that he has to work so much overtime. At least they weren't so strict about the dress code in this heat. #Nerdlings #JHBackdrops #WarhammerCommunity
We regret that our event on Extreme Heat: Improving governance and strengthening action around the world has been cancelled due to the red extreme heat warning issued by the UK Met Office. Our apologies to everyone who was planning to attend the event.
Some more retro Squats inspired by a long-abandoned design direction. The bike is built from scratch, and I would rather not do that again.
FSOL's Lifeforms still brings me joy after all these years.
On Friday I took my *luckiest* and *most disgusting* wildlife shot so far: a California sea lion (Z. californianus) puking up a bunch of rocks! 🤮🪨 That's right - many pinnipeds use gastroliths. The gastroliths are in mid-air! 🦖🐬🦑 #nature #photography #sealion

This is outrageous. When I hire KPMG to validate my priors I expect to receive the wildly overconfident lies of a 23 year old MBA, not those of some stinking robot.

The absolute lack of understanding of how tech works by Government ministers is embarrassing and frankly, in 2026 100% unacceptable and inexcusable. Barking.
Jess Phillips says that tech companies are all "lying" and that they know "exactly how old" every user is. (The proof, according to Phillips? She gets menopause ads and her children don't.)
Going to just pick one part here to take up which is the Rousseauian notion that agriculture leads to land ownership which leads to warfare. If that were true, we'd expect non-agricultural societies (hunter gatherers especially) to be relatively peaceful. Instead, they're hyper-militarized. 1/
A different take on that statement from an archaeologist 💯💯💯🎯
