Minnesota to blame for Iran’s cyberattack on Minnesota? ⬇️ What else will he blame on Minnesota? ⬇️
Q: Can you rule out that Iran is behind the water attacks? TRUMP: I don't think so. I think that Minnesota is behind it. You know who is behind it? Minnesota. Because they're grossly incompetent. I don't think there was an Iranian cyberattack. I think Minnesota ought to get its act together.
Elon Musk is suing to overturn Minnesota's first-in-the-nation ban on nudification technology, but we stand by our law passed almost unanimously in the Minnesota legislature. #MNLeg #Minnesota #ElonMusk
Had a 7am appointment for my kid today so, to be sure we didn’t miss it, I dutifully woke up in a panic every 15 minutes all night.
Weeks ago I had to take an unexpected work call and just stepped into my 3y/o’s room for it and closed the door. At least once every day since she has sternly informed me “Don’t do work in my room.” Like, okay I get it, it was ONE time!
August 5, the only other time stamp Angie Craig provided of her correspondence with John Hoffman besides June 14, was the day he'd made his first public statement since the attack and his families story was back in the news. You do the math. www.cbsnews.com/minnesota/vi...

As for those texts Angie Craig provided to clear her name - they only corroborate what he said. He says she sent "a dear friend out twice. Once when [he] was in the ICU and once at [their] home." And when she would reach out to his family, it was during moments when their story had high visibility.
Went to SkyZone tonight; two kids, the required socks, nachos, a pretzel, and Icees ran me $107. Terrific.
Me to my 3y/o: why don’t we watch a movie, I’m tired. 3y: Why you tired mama? Me: I’m just too busy. 3y: Why you too busy? Me: I just say yes to too many things. 3y: Why? Me: I… do you charge by the hour?

Set up my morning around swimming lesson registration at 8am. Checked out before 8:01 and a class for one kid was already full. Then day camp drop off at 9, pick up at 3:30, because what are jobs? People have those? Anyway just spiraling over all the small ways that parenting feels impossible.
You guys. My husband was talking about the World Cup. Our son interrupted. “DIRTY SCORED A LOT OF GOALS. Dirty. The soccer player. Dirty.” We all stared at each other. Then it occurred to me. Messi. Dirty, Messy. Messi scored a lot of goals

My three year old is learning about farms at daycare and painted “lettuce” today. Anyone else’s kid bringing home cyclospora art?
Believe Minnesotans when we say: filming works. Whistles work. Watch them, record them, stand by and be there for the person getting arrested
ICE thugs tackled and tried to handcuff a man at Las Vegas airport. When they realized they were being filmed, they simply walked away, leaving the man on the ground with a handcuff attached to one arm. The Las Vegas Police found no outstanding warrants for the man and removed his handcuffs.

The president is a liar. He lies constantly & without hesitation. His lies about American elections are among his most dangerous b/c they are meant to convince a susceptible public that democratic outcomes cannot be trusted. They are antidemocratic lies in service of holding onto power. He’s a liar!
Hey uhhh, maybe I’m a little paranoid but…so this feels like a precursor to a big “no more elections” announcement
Trump: "These disclosures reveal an election system so broken and so vulnerable that no one can possibly defend it. It is not defensible."
I do get some dark joy out of Trump constantly forgetting that HE was, in fact, the president for all of 2020.
Rep. Aisha Gomez: “To look at people standing up against ICE and see ‘paid protesters’ says nothing about us and everything about you.” “That you cannot conceive of us loving our neighbors so much that we would actually do something for them.”
“Each one hopes that if he feeds the crocodile enough, the crocodile will eat him last. All of them hope that the storm will pass before their turn comes to be devoured. But I fear greatly that the storm will not pass. It will rage and it will roar ever more loudly, ever more widely.”Churchill ‘40
BREAKING: Trump's Justice Department has just subpoenaed law firms it previously cut deals with at the beginning of Trump’s second term, according to new reporting from the New York Times.
A bird pooped on my shoulder while we were out for a walk today and now I don’t think my toddler will ever talk about anything else.
I think the Platner thing hit me so hard bc it was one of the most protracted, widespread acts of misogynist gaslighting from my own side that I've seen. We were presented with an obvious violent scumbag who was constantly lying (badly, might I add) and told we were crazy for not loving him
So…wanting people to be allowed to redeem themselves is entirely valid. The thing is, in order to give someone a second chance they need to be honest about what wrongs they’ve done, committed to change, and be able to point to what they’ve done to better themselves since
"don't be a rapist" doesn't seem like a particularly high bar to clear, dating history-wise, but thanks for telling on yourself for the ten thousandth time
this guy man
No way, this guy has control issues? 😱
Platner aide lists terms for dropping out: “If he was to step down it would only be with a guarantee of being replaced by a candidate who he believes is true to the values and vision and policy agenda of the campaign that Maine voted for." @shanegoldmacher.bsky.social www.nytimes.com/live/2026/07...
this dynamic described by jenny racicot is, as i understand it, very common among progressive women in maine. they’ve been put in an impossible position and feel like they’re tanking platner’s campaign when in reality he did that on his own by being a violent and reckless person.
