If the Pope would like to commission me to continue the fine tradition of plausibly deniable horny Catholic art made by probable queers, I will write 150k words of someone yearning for Jesus (sexually) and then take my huge Vatican paycheck and use half of it to buy some tgirl her bottom surgery.

I've heard people make claims that AI would lead to a new Renaissance, but I didn't imagine it'd happen like this:

Screenshot of a Tweet from Pope Leo XIV. It reads:

"In this era of artificial intelligence, it is becoming urgen to distinguish human art from what machines produce. There is an ontological difference, even before an aesthetic one, between art and what a machine can generate through statistical calculation based on millions of images created by others. Algorithms lack the spark of humanity. For this reason, the Church wishes to renew an alliance with artists and cultural institutions to safeguard our humanity."

Sooooo many spam texts trying to sell me business loans and I look around at my business equipment (a laptop and a desktop for writing, a weird assortment of show supplies for burlesque) and my employees (fellow performers I pay for each one-off show gig) and go... Wheremst would I use a loan???

The film is written, directed, and co-stars Hitoshi Ozawa, a legendary Yakuza actor who is a villain in Yakuza 0, who got his fellow legends involved. This was his passion project inspired by one of his best friends, a trans woman, and he worked with the community for representative casting.

THE CLANS HEIR IS A TRANS WOMAN (2013) is like Steven Seagal decided to Write/Direct/Star in a love letter to his trans friends, but it looks and feels like every action movie he's made... except Hitoshi Ozawa is way way way way cooler than Seagal.

This is one of my top three shows of all time. Of. All. Time. Mostly funny, occasionally frightening or revelatory or startling or eerie or poignant or beautiful. It leaves me in awe of the baffling blob of meat and ideas that is humanity. But mostly it’s really, really fucking funny.

Oh my God Taskmaster has hit Hulu. I repeat all seasons of Taskmaster are on Hulu. If you've never watched Taskmaster go start watching it literally right now

This news is important because all the fucks out there actively attempting to wreck the world want you to think that the work is hopeless and just mitigating the worst case scenario. It's not. Fucking keep going.

We now have rigorous pooled data showing that even without active restoration efforts, cleared rainforest can rebound to 75% of their former species composition and 90% of species diversity within just thirty years. #goodnews

In addition to the other obvious reasons you should come to my show in West Seattle tomorrow (as shown below), I'm also offering a special local's discount of $10 off GA tickets for the first 20 people to use the code "Hallowestie" on Ticketleap! events.ticketleap.com/tickets/unna...

What's up I'm trying a new, much shittier advertising technique for my show this Saturday. events.ticketleap.com/tickets/unna...

A written-on google maps screenshot of West Seattle and SoDo. It reads, "West Seattle! Come to Earlyween!" with an arrow pointing toward the approximate location of the show, where a tiny version of the poster has been placed. In green more writing reads, "Free parking" "boobs" "butts" "no traffic" along with blue happy smiley faces. On the other side of the map, it reads "Sounders" "Mariners" "Bad traffic" "expensive parking" in orange, along with red angry unhappy smiley faces.

In an attempt to make it less weird via forewarning, I would like @tkingfisher.com to know that I intend to bring you some fresh fall crop raspberries from my garden at you mycology author talk tomorrow, as a gift from one gardener to another! And also a book to sign, which is very normal!
