There's been extensive research on floating bus stops, where cycle tracks pass bus stops on a main road. They need to be designed well - but the claims they're dangerous just don't match the evidence. Without them, cycling won't be inclusive & safe for everyone. www.standard.co.uk/news/london/...

We know how to build infrastructure that keeps people safe(r) and encourages cycling - we have pages and pages of documents on how to do it properly and why. We just choose not to.
