Seems like it should be a minimum for any story about a driver hurting someone that the writer look up and share if there are unpaid tickets associated with the vehicle. A boy is seriously injured because this vehicle and its driver shouldn’t be on the road. www.nbcwashington.com/news/local/5...

While our local leaders are having a moral panic over ebikes, cars remain the main source of danger by orders of magnitude. One huge way they put us in danger, including endangering kids on ebikes is by obstructing bike lanes. I've personally reported over 1000 bike lane obstructions.
We passed a budget that restored holes in the social safety net. But we'll have an even bigger hole to fill next year. I'm proposing a Wealth Proceeds Tax to make sure the budget isn't balanced on the backs of those who can least afford it. brianneknadeau.com/fy27-budget-...
