Lib Dems would create a national body for SEND & ensure funding for children with particularly acute and high level needs. ".. locally, what we've been saying is that there does need to be a much greater focus on working closely with parents and teachers” bbc.com/news/articles/…
This election in Shropshire is a clear choice between a new Lib Dem council or another 4 years of the Conservatives. Voting for Labour, Green or Reform will let the Conservatives carry on wrecking our county. #letsfixshropshire #2daystofixshropshire
🏇🏇🏿Shropshire’s Council elections are always a “2️⃣ horse race” between the Conservatives who have brought our county to the brink of bankruptcy and theLiberal Democratss who have a plan to start fixing our county. #letsfixshropshire #2daystofixshropshire

Calling on voters in All Stretton for the committed local LibDem Cllr Mark Morris. Local voters told us they know it’s only the LibDems that can remove the Conservatives in The Strettons ward, and across #Shropshire. There is certainly a lot of support for Mark, and so many people know him.
Local residents want the Conservatives removed from running #Shropshire Council. They want an end to the damage the Conservatives have done to the Council finances and to local services.
The Lib Dems have won 3️⃣ out of 4 by-elections during the last council term. It’s clear that it’s only the Lib Dems who can beat the Conservatives at the council election on Thursday! #letsfixshropshire #3daystofixshropshire
🔶 Only the Liberal Democrats can take control of Shropshire Council from the Conservatives in May. #letsfixshropshire #3daystofixshropshire
A vote for anyone but the Lib Dems in many area risks more chaos under the Tories or Reform. #LocalElections2025 #LE2025 The best way can secure change in your community is by voting for a Lib Dem local champion on Thursday 1 May. #LibDems 🔶🔶🔶🔶🔶
Great to join Chris Naylor campaigning in Condover in Burnell ward. Like most of #Shropshire, it’s a two horse race between the Conservatives who run Shropshire Council so disastrously, & the Liberal Democrats who are the only party who can beat the Conservatives across Shropshire. #LibDems
In Much Wenlock ward, and across Shropshire, local residents know that it’s only the Liberal Democrats that can beat the Conservatives, and bring an end to the Conservatives’ disastrous mismanagement of #Shropshire Council.
Excellent response for local LibDem Aleem Iqbal in Harley & Much Wenlock yesterday. The main issue for local residents was how the Conservatives trashed the finances of #Shropshire Council, leading to their decision to withdraw the funding for Much Wenlock Leisure Centre to be open to the public.
Great to be back out in Shropshire helping the local @libdems.org.uk team turn the council gold on 1st May! All help gratefully received in the run up. @helenmorganlibdem.bsky.social has been the most phenomenal MP and this county deserves a council run by people who share rose values and work ethic
Spent some more time today, talking to residents in West Felton about the election for Shropshire Council on the 1st of May.
