Symbols matter. White House isn't a palace. Kennedy Center is for the general public to enjoy. We don't have a triumphal arch in DC because that's imperial. We don't put the president's face on money because it's monarchical. It's about tearing down everything that says we're a democratic republic.

The correct Democratic position on every issue is “I will undo everything Donald Trump has done, I will destroy everything he has built, and I will impose consequences on him and everyone who helped him do it.” No negotiation. Rip it all down.
Trump wins on the shadow docket to proceed with the ballroom. Just another mess a Democrat will have to clean up if we're ever allowed to have a free election again. Destroying whatever monstronsity Trump puts up and restoring the East Wing must be a First 100 Days priority for the Dems.

Honestly if I was a Dem presidential candidate I would be touting that fact that we could pay for some of my policies by charging people for the opportunity to destroy some of the crap Trump has done. You could raise *millions* from destroying the ballroom, brick by brick, alone.
