I’m on a small-ship Alaska cruise with my son; our boat rescued a stranded vessel last night and apparently we did that after the Coast Guard radioed Mark Zuckerberg’s yacht - which was closer - and they repeatedly refused to respond. (There was near unanimous booing when the captain announced this)
we have numerous communities in alaska that lack clean running water and even more communities with sinks that look like this elect someone who will fight for our communities more than they fight for oil & gas companies

went to the glacier by myself like a loser but tourists kept asking me to take their photos since i was alone and tbh it was pretty fun. i like to think i made someone’s alaska cruise slide show go from just okay to excellent.
