i just made one of the best sandwiches i’ve ever made i think simmered tofu skin in a sauce made of all the savoriest things you can imagine (list in alt), piled it onto a crusty ciabatta roll slathered with a sauce of veg mayo, spicy brown mustard, horseradish, and tons of black pepper. + arugula
