Regardless of how it turns out NO HE DIDN’T. It’s like saying I have more fingers on my left hand after counting 8 digits from left to right with a ring finger and a pinky still to report.
It's also just pragmatic. Dem legislative bodies in places with GOP SCs cannot make any kind of promise that they can keep unless they have a plan to deal with legal calvinball. They need to start realizing it.
Hopefully this bears out but it sure seems like a lot of big El-Sayed victories and a lot of small Stevens victories

Mmkay but the rule of law vs lawlessness very much is democrats vs Republicans AND YOU SHOULD SELL IT AS SUCH (I get that this is a bit of wishcasting on Dems actually punishing the lawlessness of Republicans but I think that starts with saying they’re going to do it!)

I’ve gotten some kind of unhinged responses to this post (because of course) but one of the things I noticed is that a lot of people view wrecking their car because they drove it into a barrier as “punishment” rather than what it is, a natural consequence

My thoughts on Bluesky not being welcoming to Republicans is Trump blocks disaster relief to states voting blue, & is also legally codifying anyone who opposes him as a terrorist deserving violence, & his kidnapping brute gangs terrorize the streets, & there's much more but I'm out of characters
