- We believe in second chances! - So you think refugees deserve a second chance at making a life? - Not like that - Young people who’ve made mistakes shouldn’t be punished? - Nope - Benefits to help people get back on their feet? - Ha! - So who do you believe in second chances for? - Nazis!

Good morning Bluesky ☀️ My grandad told me he saw the Titanic - from the outset he warned all the people that the ship would sink, but nobody listened to him. He knew he was right and didn't give up. He warned them again & again, until eventually they kicked him out of the cinema.

The Titanic sinking under a moonlit sky.

Leaders of flag-raising group Raise the Colours Oxfordshire placed trackers on highway workers’ cars to find out their home addresses, the High Court has heard. RTC then attempted to intimidate the highway staff into no longer removing flags by repeating their addresses to them.

London streets, months without proper rain, are a sun-baked record of countless adventures and consequently reek of old coffee, booze, smears of dropped food and spectres of piss trails. Lovely stuff, I'm sure Pepys would approve.

Having spent a fair amount of time in hospitals during my life, predominantly while caring for family members, I've seen this happen a few times, and was always struck by the patience of the staff involved. Treating these people with care and patience, rather than telling them to fuck off.

The little notes taped everywhere in your Airbnb: Keep porch light off after 11:00pm. Don't use bathroom outlet for hairdryer. Breaker will trip. If you hear a child crying in old pantry, don't open the door. It's not a child, DON'T OPEN THE DOOR.

No, Lewis Goodall, schools weren't all shut during lockdown. My daughter had to work at her school throughout lockdown, because like many many others it had to remain open to accommodate key workers' children, you clueless warbling dick.

Jeanne Gibson, known worldwide as Rosie the Riveter, passed away on 29th July 2026 at the remarkable age of 100. Thank you Jeanne for giving women a symbol of strength when we were told we had none. 💋💪🏻💘

UK politics, new system. You vote for a party at a general election... that's it. You have to stick with them until the next election. No polling. No fucking about. All these arseholes saying they'll vote Reform and then flip-flopping based on if their greed exceeds their racism. Fuck you.

As the planet burns I would like to thank my friendly neighbourhood petrol-powered leaf blower man, speeding things along just that little bit faster in a particularly pointless manner.
