One of the things that keeps coming up in municipal progress reports on their housing targets is they can’t hit their affordable housing requirements. They can’t because they put up roadblocks for everything. @christineboyle.bsky.social could fix this with guaranteed approval timelines.

Mamdani left soccer field lights on all night…..the lights usually go off at 10pm. They set a camera up and guess what they saw?? Residents playing soccer with their friends ALL NIGHT. One man said how much he loved it because his friends work late and can’t get to the field before 10pm.

The best browser on iPhone keeps getting better. Seriously, if you haven’t tried it yet Quiche is sooo good. I’m happily paying for the premium version but the free version is amazing as-is (and ad free)!

I love the web too much to let that nonsense bury links to real websites made by humans. Why no other browser does that is beyond me.

Whatever else we might think about this “massive” proposal in downtown Vancouver, this developer is the same one that thought it was a really good idea to put Trump’s name on the 2nd tallest tower in the city, and the same one connected to the long mess on the Little Mountain social housing site.
