Worth noting that any USAID funding that appeared to have the slightest merit whatsoever for helping people in need was moved to the State Department.

my friend whose life was ruined by killer cops got stabbed to death this morning. He was never the same after they killed his friend and swept it under the rug, it instantly shifted the trajectory of his life towards this. the violence this country inflicts on its poor is demonic
